★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Signature 鲮鱼 ling fish head meehoon must try…fresh prawn & ling fish head meehoon very nice…original traditional soup or tomyam…don't forget to order spiced salt prawn…price a bit expensive…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had Fish Head Meehoon + Fresh Prawn & Fish Head Meehoon. Definitely not fresh prawn, and they halved the prawn, make it like they served two prawns. Soup is good anyway. Washroom is dirty. In house lighting is a bit too dimmed, not comfortable (a bit scary) for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was good. It has always been good. The chili for their fish head Bihun is absolutely on the top level. The soup also very flavourful.
However, the highlight of the place is definitely the lady boss. I think even the lady boss in Stephen Chow's KungFu Hustle also will lose to the lady boss here. The way she scold the staff here is a sight. But, by no means this is bad, you can go there for the entertainment. See how crude she speaks, how she doesn't smile, how her voice is just so unpleasant to the ears. But then again, I like it. You can enjoy good food, and on the mean time see how a normal typical successful lady boss do her work. I think many people will be able to learn from her how to be strict and stern.
Anyway, I always like their fish paste. The fiish head today, family members said abit smelly. Maybe just this time as it has always been very good.
Remember to top it up on their chili yah.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Getting worse after shift to new shop. Not even an apology after inform the problem about the fish, and keep giving excuses. Think twice, there is other nice shop nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When anyone says they want to eat fish head noodles there is only Win Soon Cafe on my mind. I patronise their outlet at Kuchai due to consistent quality of soup, fish etc. I will ask for extra chinese wine to add to the soup and order a plate of dragon ball and other side dishes to share. Fish is fresh and delicious. Soup with chinese wine is to die for ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely delicious! Very recommended to try the fish head noodles here. I ordered the one with the squid balls and it was so good.
Also they were quite generous and let’s us add on the pork lard with no extra charge.
Great service too from the female staff with glasses and a cap.
Really much difference compared to years ago when there was a rude lady boss around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best fish soup I have eaten.
Broth is filled with orangey prawn and fish goodness. Fish head is super tender and fragrant.
Paired so well with the chilli ?
Will definitely drive up to have it again!
Just slightlyyy pricy, but once awhile, it’s acceptable as long as they keep up with the current standards!
