★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice location for foodies during friday night (before 9pm). Bubble tea, chicken chop, popiah, fried carrot cake, indian snacks, shui kuih, thai bbq, nasi lemak.....and many more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of different foods n fruit stalls. Nonya nasi lemak was good. Disappointed with fried chicken stall at middle of main stretch. The Pork Pau stall operated by a mandarin speaking Indian man tasted off. The pau must have been a few days old and going off, yet he sold it. In future, I will surely stay away from this Pau stall.
Fruits stall seems to sell at reasonable price.
Bought a electronic fly swatter from a stall across from the nonya nasi lemak stall and he even tested it and advised me on first charge for the unit. Good service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the larger night market/bazaar in malacca town due to its proximity to Taman ASEAN and the surrounding areas of Taman Cheng , Merdeka and Batu Berendam areas.
Can find almost a large variety of hawker fare and roadside stall type of food here. Other household paraphernalia items aplenty here too. Parking is a problem here..but worth the hassle for the trouble if getting yr fave foods....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many interesting local food to explore. I like the kueh with the sesame outside, peanut inside. The nasi lemak is so crowded and their rice is so big, must be nice, selling other item like Poh posh, fried oyster, carrot cake etc etc must come to explore
