★ ★ ★ ★ ★ lps bayar tak dapat receipt just mintak nama, then masa nk ambil, dengan selamba pekerja tu cakap org lain dah ambil. No sorry at all for bad management. Then suruh tunggu 15 mins, i okay je but then bila datang rupanya dia baru nak confirmkan apa yang saya order tadi, maksudnya belum masak lagi untuk ganti yang tadi. And again no sorry at all. Idk how they confident like remember all the customer faces and simply put the food without their supervision. Please improve, at least give la copy receipt and check customer receipt masa nak ambil.
lps pay, can't get a receipt, just ask for the name, then it's time to take it, with the employee's sluggishness, other people say they took it. No sorry at all for bad management. Then tell him to wait 15 mins, I'm okay but then when he comes apparently he just wants to confirm what I ordered earlier, meaning it's not ready yet to replace the previous one. And again no sorry at all. Idk how they confident like remember all the customer faces and simply put the food without their supervision. Please improve, at least give a copy of the receipt and check the customer receipt when you want to take it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pls improve your system. the resit wasnt given to the customer even though we requested. instead they just took names. how can that be a solid confirmation when the customer came to take the food? our food was taken by someone else and had to wait half an hour again.. not even a sorry from the server. it was so bad i want to give u a zero. but i cant, so i give u a one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bruh in this modern society where a lot of people use cashless but Pasta Panas did not provide any cashless system. I am so dissapointed with Pasta Panas where it is one of the biggest branding for food industry in Malaysia. Provide cashless system. Eg: QR Pay. Do some R&D and don’t be selfish in this industry. Even nasi lemak tepi jalan provide cashless payment. Lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So disappointed with your services. What is your function to show us with a lot of menu but instead only sell 2 of them. And why on earth you do have SEAFOOD as an option but instead you don't have it. I've been to your several outlet and so far there are no seafood provided. Just erase them as your option in menu.
