β β β β β Everything smelled so bad that I could not bring myself to eat it., especially the meat tasted like it was cooked several weeks ago, refrigerated and then reheated again and again. The place is falling down with mold spots all over the walls and floors. The atmosphere is gastly and dusty. We left 5 minutes after arriving. My god it ruined our night.

β β β β β Given a choice will rate it zero. The food served was was very dry and tough. The food served is not as per the menu send to us . Do not be fooled by thinking it's 'reasonable' for a buffet in a hotel.

β β β β β Terrible hi-tea buffet with food not being fresh, stale, hard and tasteless. To top it up the manner on how we were treated when we asked about the food was very more terrible. Surprisingly service has gone to dogs in this place.

The restaurant is very hot and air is not circulating well, itβs very smoky in it. It affects my appetite. ?

β β β β β Honestly, nothing special for the price we paid. No doubt, there were ample choices, then again, this buffet is really far back from the rest in other hotels. Disappointment came when we found that coffee and tea are not included, only two soft drinks and once food finished off, especially the cakes, they were not refilled. Meaning, if you arrive later than the rest of the customers, you just have to contented with whats there. Will I return to Kitchen Art Brasserie? I doubt.

β β β β β Very very mediocre food. I would leave a zero star if I could. The food quality was so terrible that I could not eat more than a spoonful. Some of the chafing dish covers are broken and can't be closed properly, which causes the food to be cold and stale. The water dispenser is filthy and yellow-looking. The place also looks old and run down. Even the piano there isn't working and is only for display. If you're considering visiting this place for a buffet, I highly recommend you not to. Trust me, save your money and do not eat here.

β β β β β We went for the buffet dinner. The food served was disgusting and terrible. Felt like we were eating leftovers that they did not bother to reheat!!! Food was dry and tough. Even the drinks tasted like nothing because they were so diluted. Don't come here and ruin your nights. Do not be fooled by thinking it's 'reasonable' for a buffet in a hotel.

β β β β β Suitable place for celebration and birthday party because the place quite big and provide variety of foods. Their staff super friendly especially Aiman (i guess thats his name) and the price also reasonable. I would like to suggest if they could improve their refrigerator for the ice cream because i didnβt get the chance to eat as they melt already even the refrigerator is on ?
