β β β β β Not professional at all. The attitude of the consultant is TERRIBLE. When we consulted him and sought for further explanation regarding the report, he said that we can know by referring ourselves the normal range stated in the report. When he explained the report, he also did not explain the report in detail and had shown his impatience during the whole consultation. The explanation is extremely unsatisfactory and we even went to clinic after that to seek for proper explanation. Not really recommended.

β β β β β Whether it is the Chinese waiter at the front desk or the Chinese chemist who professionally interprets the report, their attitude is extremely poor and they are not professional at all when facing customers! Not only that, the chemist will humiliate me for the poor test report! Oh my goodness, I will never visit this testing center in my lifetime!

β β β β β Horrible Front Desk staff just like what the others have written. They just kept the (PAYING) customers waiting without offering to help. When i inquired... the staff just said "Sit down there". I waited half and hour before i finally 'exploded' and tell the staff how POOR and LOUSY their services are. Actually... DON'T even deserve any star.

β β β β β Poor service. The doctor explaining my medical report had to rush through my medical report. No blood pressure reading taken. They dont have time for you. Place sucks.

β β β β β First time went there, the registration staff ask me to book appointment online and for body check up need fasting at least 10 hours which I didn't. So I book for the next day morning. The doctor is friendly and gentle. He will chat with me to relieve my tension and nervous for injection. Before the injection, he also show me the needle which is new, and confirm all my name and numbers on the papers and tubes. Overall have a good experience there. Just waiting for my report to send me through the email.

β β β β β I have a pleasant experience here. From making appointments online, the staff counter persons are professional and easy, waiting for blood draw, urine and everything until payment. The process of drawing blood also easily done by the staff there when most of nurses I went to were unable to find my vein and usually my arm will botched until 1 week. Here only one time. Requested report send online also easy only with a call , so I do not have any experience of my med report reviewed by the personnel there. Overall pleasant experience.

β β β β β Please donβt give appointments if your outlet is unable to honour it. I had to queue with those who came without appointments despite reaching on time. Poor service and bad attitude from your staff. May as well donβt give appointment. I will not consider your service in the future and will discourage my families and friends from going here.
