★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called up the LAB to enquire did they provide SWAB test. The person that pick up the phone, (Mr. Lam) was so unfriendly and so rude.
Your lab is in this industry supposed to know more about the info. But you just not willing to help or just so unfriendly. Just answer "No" "Don't Know".
Thank you for telling us that PATHLAB is so unfriendly and not willing to assist in the pandemic period in saving the nation.

TOO BAD. We already booked appoinment thru website, he didnt even what to check in his system. Lazy and stupid with full of arrogancy. Helo... what era is it now???? You think zaman penjajahan perang kah for having such attitude towards ur client?
