★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Units here looks new and clean. There are also many foreigners who are living here. One of my complain is that there are no dump area on every floor, therefore if you were to throw your household wastes, you must bring the garbage down to the dump area of Pearl Avenue, so if you are living on the top most floor, then too bad for you. Each units have a balcony, but balcony of certain units are facing inwards, so if you are drying your laundries, then it may need a longer time. Certain units here will have 2 parking lots, therefore it will not be very worrying if you are sharing the unit with someone else who also owns a vehicle. However, the parking area of the condominium is quite dangerous because the turning radius of certain areas in the condominium is very small and certain areas may cause you to meet with vehicles travelling from the opposite direction towards you, so just beware when driving around in the condominium. Below the condominium, there are laundry shops, grocery stores, food stalls and also a Chinese Presbyterian church nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Roads leading to and leading out of block C n D are poorly maintain.. litter with .pot holes. Tissues plastics n face masks litter along corridors of shops and roads.... Unsightly.
