★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very long wait for approval to visit friends at security. For contractors have to wait for more than 30 minutes to get in even tho the Tenants are around to confirm the visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The condo itself is good, only 2 years old, safe, but too much cockroach in the apartments come from outside whole way.
The problem is you can not sleep there after 7 am due to construction noise. Another developer is building another condo next to ivory.
The area is far from everywhere, if you don’t have your own transportation , don’t stay there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I liked here. I've been living here since it was opened more than 3 years now. 3 big rooms specially the master bedroom is really big with big toilet as well. There are air-conditions in all the rooms and the living room. At the beginning there wasn't many services near it. But now there us an Mrt bus, 99, 7 11, CS hypermarket and some restaurants. Giant is not far as well. Tesco, and Mrt station about 10 minutes driving only. The flat itself is really nice and spacious with nice open kitchen. Swimming pool is wonderful and clean. The place is really nice and the management is taking good care after it. But even dough I don't recommend ground flats as I expect more insects invading on low level. As for a high level it is rarely to find an insect. The kitchen cupboard doors are nice designed but with time the hinges got broken and need to be replaced. Also, every flat have got 2 parking places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is fabulous, however very far from anything around. If you someone who likes sleeping in the mornings do not stay there, because there is a lot of construction going on all around it and they start as early as 6:00AM ... The units are nice, security is tight and views are fine especially if you live in a high apartment.
