โ โ โ โ โ Quick,professional,helpful and definitely highly recommended . All the staffs are very knowledgeable. If u buy carseat they will teach the customer all the basic information even they will teach u how to install and uninstall carseat. Can let babies try the carseat before purchase. Plus they will help to install the carseat and see the actual installation inside car even u not decide buying yet. No doubt! Very recommended babyshop.

Shop management owe supplier money, therefore, their supplier hold my breast pump which sent to repair since 1st week of September till now.
Called many time to the shopkeepers, it's not helpful and was supplier will sent back my breast pump only after their management settle the debt.
I as a customer concern, I just want my breast pump back and the issue between ur shop with the supplier not related to me.
It's really unfair.
therefore, for customers who is planing to buy anything with warranty there, please watch out the similar issue might happen to you in future.

โ โ โ โ โ Very bad service. Ask about the different between both product as i wan to know the function, the staff answer what i can see. If i can see it from packing, why i need to ask? Ask about the product display at there, staff ask me go other shop buy. Ask about pricing, staff say very expensive, all different price. Not even want to answer our question. Why this kind of service can survive nowadays?
