Visiting Penang for the first time, so its natural to go for a hokkien mee. Its quite packed until well into the night with local and visitors alike. The food was good, prices are okay, portions are great like if you order big portion you'll be stuffed to the brim. The flavour of the broth was super good and rich, noodles are cooked well and theres ample amounts of shrimps and my addons of fish balls was okay. Definitely recommended.

A local place for food after midnight. They close at 3am. The prawn noodle is different from the Singapore style but with more variations. The prawns they use are minis. Food wise is average. Service is fast though.

For me, this is the best Hokkien mee. Better than 888! Their law mee is good, mix is great, original is super nice! Very savoury, awesomeness in taste. Hands down the best!

Green house prawn hokkien mee. Egg and prawns by default, you could add on more sides such as pork ribs, roasted pork belly and more. Very easy to park our cars. Went there for 2 consecutive nights for dinner. Must try the pork ribs!

All time favourite for classic Penang Hokkien Mee (Prawn soup noodle). I would prefer this place over Green House kopitiam (opposite Him Heang) as they deliver the noodle to you and you need not wait in queue to serve your own noodle. Soup base is sweet as it is boiled with pork bone & prawn shell. Famous amongst the locals. This is also the place to go to if you have late night cravings.

The taste of the Hokkien Mee is OK, nothing to shout about as I can easily name a few stalls that taste as good or better. The service is good, staff friendly but the price is steep. A regular bowl cost RM6 when you could easily get it for only RM4 - RM4.50 and you get to customize the toppings. In short, it's OK but not worth the money.

Prawn mee is not what I expected the taste is not so great. Soup is diluted.

Always one of the best Hokkien Mee in Penang during night time. Amazingly, regardless to take away or dine in, they practice self-service. It mean everyone need to Q up to order, pay (touch n go eWallet) and take your food. I personally think it is more systematic and they implement it well. Good job!
