★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First the service is totally slow. Second, i called you guys from 8.30 am until 11.30 am and still there's no one to answer the call? Third, if you guys had a difficulty in powerman, hire more. Ps: there's a time, I heard somebody anwer my call and then they cut my call? Really? And they do it twice?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast, diligent and polite service. I came to get permission to marry and had a few missing documents. I was assisted by a very kind pegawai,puan azlina. Just make sure you have all your documents ready and printed out from the Jais website. During PKp you don't need to bring wali and witnesses. They don't provide hardcopy forms here. You need to wait under the tent outside the building and will be called in. The process took about 2 hrs and you will get your permission on the same day. Come in the morning if possible and wear something comfortable because it gets quite hot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Should got less than 1 star..How come the operation hour state 8 however the counter open at 8.30.. the staff said "Oh, office je buka kaunter buka 8.30am sebab ini kaunter kewangan."..the audacity to claim this is not like hospital counter open at 8am. How?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at front desk, both male and female face is sour as hell. When asking questions to the staff, they answer madly with hatred expressions as if asking for a slap. You work as a religious officer, but does not resemble Islamic, what a shame. Government jobs are paid to serve the people so do your job well. Otherwise just quit. Unsystematic work flow though I've followed the checklist thoroughly, but there are still a lot of things that are undone, and the staff blame people for sleeping in the marriage course, LOL. I have to go back and forth to my homeplace and the religious office since there are things that were requested. Next time make a list of everything first to make things easier for people. This is my first marriage, what do u expect me to know everything? Even I have prepared per checklist.
