★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffs are friendly but incompetent. Somehow, they've managed to lose my passport-sized photos twice (even though I had given them extras). Had to make repeated runs from KL to Seremban just so I could get my documents processed. Overall, I'm not impressed.
Even the security guard on duty seemed unenthusiastic. Oh well, I'm giving this department only three stars.
Please, JHEAINS/Pejabat Agama, buck up and improve your work ethics!
