However, you will still need to spend a trip HQ Subang Jaya if you want to make appeal.
Pls reconsider Subang Jaya HQ, finding a car park is an issue.

β β β β β Really bad attitude of mbpj staff , empty car park lot with not clear line and sign of not allow parking ,when you ask them why not mbpj put a sign or at least repaint the cross line ,they just not bother and want you to pay the summon.

β β β β β Very bad service. Tow my car give reason park car at no parking area. My question then why there have parking line and slot?why there is no sign board no parking? at Bandar puteri shop lot area. Dear mpsj member my advise go and check your sign board available or not first before saman or tow people car. Don't simply do such thing. Too sad government appoint wrong staff. Dear mspj member are working there please keep remind what you did wrong it's will back to you again in other way.

β β β β β Really 10second lock my car very fast... just out car ask thing ..within in 5min ..Puchong jaya MPSJ ..told them within 2min Only no use .so hardworking..Car behind me 3meter?

β β β β β I reached here 4:50pm and it was closed despite the official working hour stated is till 5pm on working day. The kiosks machine was taking longer time than expected to process my payment using credit card with malfunction bar code scanner. The management should take action to check the staffs attendance and work quality here.

β β β β β Last time when I kena saman, came to this branch to pay. The officer was so kind to tell me if I pay online is cheaper. The building is well maintained and clean. The library is quiet and many people doing their work here.

β β β β β The kiosk is purely only for MPSJ related transactions only, parking summons, business licence fees. For land assessment (cukai tanah) need to either pay online & or land district offices in Selangor (not municipal council)
