★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kalau ikotkan tak nak bagi star langsung. Service teruk gila. Dah berminggu minggu call x berangkat baik x payah ade operator. Operator mmg takde ke atau semua opeator dah terjun sungai ni. Susah betol !!!!!!!!!
If you don't want to share the star directly. Seriously crazy service. It's been a week since the call x left well x the operator is poor. The operator will not go or all the operators have jumped into this river. Susah betol !!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya telefon lebih 5 kali ke unit pendaftaran untuk pertanyaan status concern. Satu panggilan tu saya tunggu sampai 7 minit lebih, tiada seorang pun yang mengangkat panggilan. Saya telefon jam 2.30 ke atas sebelum pukul 3. Takkanla waktu tersebut tiada staf yang bertugas.
I called more than 5 times to the registration unit for concern status inquiries. One call I waited until 7 minutes more, no one answered the call. I called at 2.30 and above before 3. At that time, there were no staff on duty.
