★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reach here before 12pm. But my ticket show 12.27pm. Why different time on their system!?? Then, notice at counter mention they will close for lunch break at 12.30pm. Not many people on my visit. Counter not busy but they not even call the number. Other people, i believe that is staff's friend do the transaction and not even queue for transaction.. Staff at counter play phone, eating and gossiping! Seem waiting for lunch breaks! Also see outside people straight go to counter and give something product (avon, cloths) to the counter. Feed up deal with these type of people.. Because of these people, all govenment staff people keep blaming lazy and unprofessional. Hope there will always external audit on this office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most INCOMPETENT govt office i have ever had the unfortunate chance of dealing with. I bet if they pickup a stone to hit the ground, they would still managed to miss.
Tax over-charge, and yet when i offered to just pay them all,because i grew tired of waiting, they refused to accept payment, citing 'the system' wont accept payment.
what the...? engkau buat sistem ke sistem buat engkau? An hour of waiting just to be served excuses? easy to blame the system for your own inadequacies, right? If people pay late, they're quick to strike with late-payment penalties.
Its a shame really, a govt office that managed to fail to perform even their basic purpose. Feb 27, 2022.
