1. Reception paling sampah, kalau jawab call tak perlu nak kurang ajar kata sibuk, call lepas 3ptg memang tak angkat la, call pagi memanjang saja pegawai takda. Panggilan saya kena on hold tiga kali dan suruh saya call sendiri pegawai mereka yang mereka sendiri boleh tolong sambungkan. Bila call balik mereka kata pegawai sibuk dalam nada yang menyindir. Baru 10 pagi kak, lek lu
2. The worst land office, the re. I was passed through 4 people and put on hold more than three times only for the call to end with “saya tak tahu nak buat apa”. Your whole administration is that incompetent that it took four people to tell me they don’t know what to do. Land search only bro
 Come I give review in two languages:
1. Reception is the most rubbish, if you answer the call, you don't need to be rude and say it's busy, the call after 3pm doesn't pick it up, the morning call is just a long time, no employee. My call had to be on hold three times and they told me to call their own officer who they themselves could please connect. When they called back, the officer said he was busy in a sarcastic tone. It's only 10 in the morning, brother

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tunggu 40 minit last last kata salah bagi no. salah kaunter nak berurusan. Main telefon je kuat. Buat kerja lembap. dah ambil no baru kena tunggu pulak pukul 2. kepala hotak dia la. service teruk.
Wait 40 minutes last last wrong word for no. wrong counter to deal with. Play the phone loudly. Do damp work. I took a new number, I have to wait until 2 o'clock. His head is hot. bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pejabat ni adalah pej. kerajaan yg paling teruk i pernah deal. Semua procedure btl2 lembab. Kura2 lebih laju bekerja drpd pekerja di sini, terutamanya pej. pusaka tu. Call ofis ni 14 kali, x jawab2.. 2hari i try calling.. no answer at all. Ramai org bagi bad review but still xde improvement. Lazy staff!!
This office is a page. The worst government I've ever dealt with. All procedures btl2 moist. Kura2 work faster than the workers here, especially the page. That legacy. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is the most difficult procedures adopted by Pahang among all the states in Malaysia to enable me to pay for cukai tanah promptly and timely o line. The same procedures should be adopted and done uniformly with all other states, just to enable people to pay the cukai tanah and cukai pintu easily on line. Please do not make it so complicated. Most people have computers and they want to pay them online. Please do something to make people on the street pay whatever dues to the governent online easily. This procedure is complicated and very few people can do their transactions online.
