The service is not very friendly, when the call goes here and there, it goes here and there..when you ask a little more, you start to get loud and angry..so we talk in a polite and friendly tone..please improve the service..thank you

When you pay the land tax for seremban and Kuala pilah land in the off-the-counter office is offshore and can not make payment. Pls upgred ur it n service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pegawai di sini kebanyakkannya sedia memberi bantuan dan maklumat. Namun diharap pegawai di bahagian kuanter dapat meningkatkan tahap kesabaran dalam menangani kerenah pelanggan yang datang. Difahami pelbagai karenah boleh berlaku bila melibatkan urusan tanah.
Pelanggan perlu mematuhi setiap prosedure yang berikan supaya urusan dapat berjalan dengan lancar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Layanan yg mesra.. Nampak pegawai menjalankan tanggungjawab dengan baik. Kemudahan parking ok... Cuma utk OKU perlu di beri perhatian sedikit tpt parking mereka dikhaskan...Klu boleh sistem pembayaran cukai tanah ni boleh di link kpd semua negeri, agar ianya lebih sempurna n memudahkan pelanggan.
Friendly service .. Looks like the officers are carrying out their responsibilities well. Parking facilities are ok ... Only for the disabled need to pay a little attention to where their parking is reserved ... If you can, this land tax payment system can be linked to all states, so that it is more perfect and easier for customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow gile kerja. Datang dari Johor tukar nama kt geran, alamat salah padahal dah isi kt form lpstu suruh dtg balik. Dah dtg balik rehat dia bapak lama. Menyusahkan org. Berulang alik. Kerja tak efisyen, mentang2 cukup bulan dpt gaji, hujung tahun amik bonus org dtg nk mintak servis teruk gile. Tak caya tgk website ni nk cari org yg sepatutnya pun tak dapat sbb website down. Aku dah screenshot, tgk kt gambar.
Slow gile work. Coming from Johor, I changed the name of the grant, the address was wrong even though I filled in the form and told me to come back. He's back for a break, old man. Troublesome org. Going back and forth. Work is inefficient, resisting enough months to get a salary, the end of the year amik bonus org dtg nk ask for bad service gile.
