The Indian Muslim lady officer (Cik Munirah Bibi) is the most polite, meticulous and efficient government servant I have ever had the joy to deal with. Best part is there's no charge or fee to certify my documents. There's the standard government dress code to obey la.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are there to pay the tax, they will greet you with wide smile from ear to ear. For other purposes in regards to your land, they will not entertain you with manners suitable for a servant of the public. They are rude and condescending even to elderly people. Disgusting! They do not deserve to sit in the big building built with the taxpayers' money.
