★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have sent message for my flood application , that my submission is under investigation and advise me to call back. im continuosly called the landline and whatsupp to the mobile number stated , unfortunately until today there is no answer/reply. pls reply.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Call in many times n even to the extend holding on12mins + but still no one pick up. Go to their office today but main gate was closed eventhough is working day n questioned by guard on purpose to visit. Later guard request come on Monday. So as public I'm not sure how a gov agency work by closing their gate to public on working day.

Ask me to write in for flood due to only my application rejected due to volunteer key in wrong till now no reply from them even Cal no one picks up call.how to serve the public.i think the management is not taking tis issue seriously that's why so many complaint and Tidak APA attitude staff.

Staff should rotate to have lunch time.
All of us are waiting outside under the hot sun, why don’t let us wait inside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Call so many times no one pick up, once got officer pick up they transfer until turn off the phone. Go to their office on working day afternoon but guard request come tomorrow working hour 8am to 12pm, the next day morning reach the office also not officer to assist, feel very un-helpful and up sad.

There was at least 10 account numbers give to the girl at the counter . But to my surprise. She was super polite and very efficient. Not only with me but with other customers as well. How good it will be if all the government staffs in this country can follow her efficiency and politeness.
