Kudos. Immigresen UTC melaka is a good example what government servant efficiency should be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there on a Saturday to get a new passport for my daughter. Reached at 2.00pm, passport collected at 3.55pm. I am satisfied with the efficiency. Gov servants were helpful and friendly too. Parking fee RM2.

MONDAY TO SUNDAY
EVERYDAY 8AM.-4.30PM.
Updated- system online at 10am.20/7/19.
Cost for
Doing passport rm200 for age 13- 59 years.
Children less than 13- rm100.must bring birth cert, if dont bring can.make new one at JPN on same building.
Pelajar peringkat ijazah /surat tawaran rm100.
Oku/disable person -Free
Warga emas -Rm 100.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By appointment via STO only - need to bring print out of confimation email to show the guard at ground floor of utc building. Fast and efficient service. Officers are courteous, polite and professionals. Cashless / card payment only.
