Dah x reti answered the call. From day to day calls never want to answer. Want to ask about the process so difficult. And troublesome.

people dh nk open border dh. still have another appointment? troublesome people je dtg far far, nk have to apply leave again. Unanswered call. eat blind wages

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is very unaccomodating. I booked an appointment to submit my application but mistakenly selected the wrong purpose in the online booking system. The staff refused to process my application even though it would be the same person to attend the issue for both purposes anyways. Not to mention that there are no other bookings at that time and she still told me off to make another appointment on other days. It takes me 1 hour to drive from my place to the office and the staff was unyielding to my case. I hope I don't have to come here again.
