每次安装水表，水局都是委托承包商去安装，而且已经付费了
第一次被强制征收 Rm 50 服务费，说是承包商需要的，而且是没有单 ！
50块不是给不起，只是这种被勒索感觉很不爽

Every time a water meter is installed, the water bureau entrusts a contractor to install it and has already paid for it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've made payment but then they still cut offy house water meter....I've called kampar office on Friday to inform them,after they took all my informations didn't update anything regarding on the water meter...still don't have the water meter...almost 2 days already....bad service....no response at all after that....
