★ ★ ★ ★ ★ staff kaunter teruk,maklumat beri tak tepat,dan urusan banyak tertangguh kerana info yang dapat dari staff kaunter tak membantu dan jadi kerja berulang sehingga sebanyak 5 kali,dan ejaan banyak yang silap dan kalau terlepas pandang pelanggan kena tanggung kos pulak tapi yang buat silap staff kaunter..kalau pelanggan yang tinggal jauh ini akan membebankan pelanggan dari segi ,masa ,wang dan susah nk dapatkan cuti, disebabkan staff yang tak bertanggungjawab,sepatutnya staff kaunter perlu ada ujian setiap bulan untuk beri perkhidmatan yang cekap dan bukan semata-mata kerja untuk tunggu dapat gaji...biar kerja tu bertanggungjawab baru halal dan berkat...
The counter staff was bad, the information was inaccurate, and a lot of business was delayed because the information from the counter staff did not help and so the work was repeated up to 5 times, and many spellings were wrong and if overlooked, the customer had to bear the cost, but the staff made a mistake. counter..if customers who live far away will burden customers in terms of time, money and difficult to get leave, due to irresponsible staff, counter staff should have a test every month to provide efficient service and not just work for wait for the salary ... let the job be responsible, it's halal and blessings ...
