★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experience good service from consulatation on ovarian cyst... 1st pregnancy till 2nd pregnancy. Staff are friendly. The price is reasonble . But for new patient, the queue is soo long. Sometimes up to 6 months. You need to be patience waiting for your turn.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Already been two months since our insurance agent started calling and requesting for a medical report / documentation, but have yet to receive the treatment document or clarification from this clinic.
As a result my wife's medical card is still not approved until today.
This kind of service is unacceptable and a huge disappointment to the so called highly regarded establishment.
Is it so hard to produce a document for your former client or is it because i am someone unknown and didnt contribute much to the clinic?
Hopefully no one else has to experience this kind of treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been somekind of regular here before 2018, we tried several treatment (incl. IUI) and speciment test here, but still no result.
My wife already perform a Laparascopy procedure (around 7K) and also no result.
It surprised me, for an experienced Doctor with many success stories, not able to identified the root cause of our issue, so we decide to stop any treatment from here.
Furthermore, my insurance agent also request for a medical report on Laparascopy procedure the Doctor also taking so much time, and the report that he given was not detailed enough. So my agent still need to come again to visit the doctor and they charge about RM100 for the repot and yet they taking so much time jusy to produce the report. Resulting my wife medical card put on hold for about 1+ month now and counting.
Very unprofessional treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Dr Hamid’s clinic on Sept 2017 for a check on the fertility. And found out I had about 12mm cyst that is about to explode if I delay the removal of it any further. Luckily I manage to get the date of operation sooner than expected with the help of his staff. And he helped me in writing the details for me to claim the insurance. Long story short, I was pregnant a month after the surgery and now my son is 4 years old already. So here I am trying for second child. Maybe the cyst is growing again.
Overall the service is good, affordable, and proven. It is only that the que is insane, even though you already there at 8am the people lining up was long already. Let say your appointment at 9am usually you will get attended at noon or worst after lunch session due to lack of staff probably. If they can improve on that part, I am sure the clinic would be a great help to others seeking the medical service.
Above all I would like to thank the clinic for helping me throughout this journey.
