I have closed the Perkeso Account on October 2018 by following their procedure which is fill the form and wait two months to pay outstanding payment than the account is closed but they still sending me the outstanding payment after 15 months. So after debating with the staff and keep waiting them to trace back my file they telling me that after I made the payment my account will be closed. The staff is really patience but they couldnt answer my question. I ask them will the account closed immediately after I made the payment instead of answering me, they gave me same form that I have send to them 15months ago to apply to close the account. When I ask for assurance letter to close my previous company account they answer that they couldnt do that.WOW!!! There is this rude lady name Rosaini or Rozainie that is the Manager claim by the staff came down and ask me few question that they already know. 1. You fill in the form to close the account and rudely pointing at the letter? 2. You want to apeal or what ? 3. What you want? She is using irritated face expression walk away and ask me rudely to sit down. OH MY GOODNESS. How can a manager treat customer with such disrespect? She mumble loudly " this matter is so simple but this also she dont understand" I cant tolerate her anymore at this time so I refuse to talk to her. When I ask her why you so rude she still answer When I rude to you? Biggest issue here when she even dont know her attitude got problem and become the manager. PLS CHANGE PERSON INCHARGE...TOTALLY CANT SOLVE PROBLEM AND CREATING MORE PROBLEMS. She print out another piece of paper and claim that we didnt make payment from March 2016 to July 2016.SUPRISED!!!!! trying so hard to find more problem that showing their stupidity. After the staff checked he said Oh... only June 2016 we dont have your record of paying. Now they conclude that after 2 working days only will let me know the total outstanding again. They cant confirm anything. Aduh Perkeso Manjung... KWSP already move foward towards the best but you all still stuck in 2016 ?. Now already year 2020 Lor....
