★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before placing order I've asked the salesman whether they have Honor 8X *Red* color. He say they have but need to order and it might take some time. So I ask how long and before CNY can get or not. He say not sure how long but before CNY definely can get the phone. He told us to place order we need to have membership (fees RM12 for 1 year). So I've created the membership and placed order with RM500 of deposit successfully. During the order we've specifically mentioned it must be red because my mom only wants it red. Later after 1 month they've called saying they don't have the red color and ask to have other color instead.
So this is the way you convince people to buy things from you?.
At the end we've refunded the RM500 deposit but membership fees of RM12 is not refundable
