Till now july 13 the person havent recieved my items!!!first time i sent here..but totall dissappinted ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For my experience, service at 2020&2021 much better for speed service, when come to 2022 staff more chit chat rather then quickly finish their work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Date: 8th November 2021 Time: 2:10pm , Staff counter 1 and 2 on duty attitude not good. No manners and super rude. I saw the staff yelling at one customer when he just walked in to press the queue ticket (not even put up a signboard stating queue machine is out of order)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As of this date, their service really improve a lot. It was around 12.50pm and 3 counters are servicing. By 1pm , reduced to 2 counters but still able to handle the crowd which was about 12 people. Quite helpful especially towards elderly people as well.
Most importantly , their landline works well now ! (as before the complaint was on their land line due to it is not working)
You can give a call to check on things if necessary before coming.
