★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normally I don't have any issues with the post office staff. But today my number was called after 10mins. I needed stamps for four envelopes with different sizes. The staff weighed and recorded the stamp values on the envelopes. She took 10mins to get the stamps but not the correct values, with incorrect computation. The envelope needed stamps of RM 2.60, but she gave stamps of RM2, 50sen and 20sen. When I enquired why she is charging more, she said they ran out of 10sen stamps Why can't she give me three 20sen stamps instead?

I was struggling to compare cost and make decision on which postage should I choose and ask for her advice, she left for toilet I guess without informing me and I went to another counter nearest to exit, she passed thru the counter and told her colleague, LAYANKAN and mulut tunjuk to me. Seriously sick. We customer are seller, need to b advice on cost - benefit not to be humiliated and get sarcastic words. Sick.

UPDATE: Here are the opening hours. Do expect a 3-hour wait if you go on a weekday afternoon.
