★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today at 15/2/2021: 8.30 a.m. Layanan yg sangat kurang menyenangkan oleh kerani di kaunter hadapan. Sangat sombong dan tidak membantu. Bapa saya ingin menghantar barang untuk refund dan dia suruh isi borang. Bapa saya tidak begitu tahu untuk mengisi borang tersebut (dah berumur ) dan dia boleh buat tak tahu dengan sambil lewa bercakap, isi je no siri tanpa membantu bapa saya. SAngat sangat kecewa dengan layanan. cuba bayangkan la kalau situasi tersebut kena pada diri sendiri. Kalau tak reti nak keja di bahagian customer service, xpayah keja.
Today at 15/2/2021: 8.30 a.m. Very unpleasant service by the clerk at the front desk. Very arrogant and not helpful. My father wanted to send the goods for a refund and he asked me to fill in the form. My father did not know how to fill out the form (he was old) and he could not know by talking casually, fill in the serial number without helping my father. Very disappointed with the service. Try to imagine if the situation is right for yourself. If you do not want to work in the customer service department, xpayah work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poslaju paling teruk. Not responsive. Orang drop off barang awal pagi, tapi sampai dua hari belum scanned and tkde tracking update. Problematic sangat! Better pergi cawangan Tesco, sekali dropoff terus scanned eventho ramai orang. Proffesionalism dalam kerja TIADA! Asyik dgn alasan ramai orang. As a seller, jangan pergi this Poslaju, diorang suka tangguhkan kerja dgn scanned barang the next day or next 2 day. Oh btw, i dropoff barang time weekdays and pagi ya pagi pukul 10.
They send the worst. Not responsive. People drop off items early in the morning, but up to two days have not been scanned and tkde tracking updates. Very problematic! Better go to a Tesco branch, once the dropoff continues to be scanned eventho many people. Proffesionalism in work NO! Fun with the excuses of many people. As a seller, don't go this Poslaju, people like to postpone work with scanned items the next day or next 2 days. Oh btw, i dropoff stuff time weekdays and morning yes morning at 10.
