I was waiting at my house for the whole day and I’m pretty sure that they never come to my house. When I called to their office during working hour, they just ended the call, keep reject my call ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I supposed to find/google POS LAJU KEPALA BATAS instead of POS KEPALA BATAS. I maybe mistakenly called this number and asked for my parcel, but the female worker need not to shout and talk harshly. Plus it is so rude to hang up on the customer! Poor communication skills. Please improve.
