★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not good. The people who incharge for distribute the number should be more knowledgeable about bank islam. Im one of the victim who is waiting for almost one hour . I just one to verify my number for i access code but then when my number is called, the person who incharge said i can verify at the atm . How can the service is so bad? They can said, "come let me help you in just 5 minutes " . Please make your service better so that there is no other victim who wait for too long end up get nothing. Thankyou. Sorry, i just one to make you a better bank than the other since youre in islam banking :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse customer service start from pak cik guard until the counter workers. Maybe all of them no mouth to speak or what? Mute all the all the time. If you dont ask, they will shut up until finish.
