Klu rsa xblh work to serve people .. well ask to retire early, especially the registration part .. to nk byr money edge bru nk good service and fast process ... people come from far away bkn nk mntk alms ... klu xde affairs org pn xnk come lh ... pay work thanks to skit ... my superiors want to take note of things, it's not the first time I've had this kind of service ... ddk kt kuanter dh lama bru dtg Lps bt muka fedup nk xnk layan ... ask how many times bru nk answer ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service lembab. Tahun 2022 jabatan lain semua dah sistem online. Tapi pejabat tanah still gune sistem konvensional. Nak cari lot tanah pun bukak buku log. Pehal tak update sistem? Igt ni zaman komunis ke? Ke sbb senang nak taruk nama atas tanah2 kosong? Pastu setiap kali call nak brcakap dgn org yg brtggjwb, mesti akan dpt jawapan "si fulan tak masuk keje lagi. Boleh tinggalkan no telefon?" Padahal tu waktu keje. Pastu dah tggl no telefon sampai anak aku dah brcucu tak telefon jugak. Kalau ade pertandingan jabatan paling sampah abad ni, mmg aku vote pejabat tanah. Sampah nak mampus sistem. Tu blm cite part beli pelan pjbt tanah sistem kordinate yg bagi tak same dgn sistem kordinate PA. Kot ye pn pelan no PTD tak rasmi lagi jgn gune alasan cmtu laa. Jauh sgt error dia. Takkan tahun 2022 tapi otak 1943 lagi.
