Agree with the other review2..the counter staff here is not customer friendly..rude and rude..if x likes to work..asked to resign..if x's salary is enough don't vent your anger on customers..it is very different from the express mail counter service pekan..yang sgt mesra..pos malaysia please take action

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is this one staff petite in size, I dont remember her name but she is really helpful and patience. On the other hand, one female staff was very rude to my sister when she had her first experienced posting parcel over the counter. Not all people is very well verse in this matter so I hope some of your staffs can be kind instead of commenting with sarcasm. I already mentioned this issue when your customer service called me. I hope this attitude can be changed, Budi bahasa, budaya kita. Kami customer anda, setiap feedback perlu diambil berat supaya cust tak pergi courier service yang jauh lebih laju dan lebih baik.
