★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The facility is great but bcs of lack of maintenance some of them cant be used properly, as for the room, it is quite smelly and we are not provided with essentials such as wire host, sink, even worse it is quite smelly and the bedding sheet is stained with blood. I guess the house keeping team should work harder to serve better, agro resort should focus more on what they can offer to such as caving, jungle trekking, canoeing, flying fox, bird park and night sight seeing, overall this taught me to appreciate my basics (?) even more

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stay here for 3 days 2 nights, attended he event. Here got a lot of outdoor activities. All of them were good.
Overall, the place is nice, good to take pictures and the food also delicious . But
need to improve thier room cleanliness and furniture inside the room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the activities provided there & the breathtaking view. The food taste good so that you don't have to eat outside. The price of the room fairly cheap. After all, I think the bed sheet not that clean and should be improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is very beautiful especially the balcony view of the lake. It's very nice to go on a walk in the morning (6:00 - 7:00) all around the resort. The cafe was pretty simple, not a lot of food. But the room needs a big improvement, i was not sick when i arrive but right after i went inside the room i had a flu (probably an allergic reaction) and i couldn't sleep (i did slept but it was not good). Also the bathroom smells and i found a bundle of giant lizard egg behind the closet (some of them was all ready hatched), old furniture and dusty. The place is only good for visiting but not for staying.
