He adds thin slices of chinese sausages which gives the CKT a more complex flavour. This extra dimension together with the skilled & full of wok hei frying gives you one of the most authentic CKT in PJ!
The CKT is fried till dry and served on a banana leaf placed on a plate.... i minused a star cause i did not find any crispy pork lard inside ?
I noticed many customers ordering the fried Tang Hoon from the opposite stall..... may try that side by side with No8 CKT next time i am there.

The owner uncle is very friendly and hire a young guy or his son for food ordering, he is rude and scold me in front of so many people when i asked for my order…damn i left immediately when i feel super super sad till i feel like crying!!!!! I miss the food of this uncle, but will never return to this stall and kena scold!!!!
