kalau takat nak komen byk kemudahan lama..
kamu boleh cari tempat lain
 the most comfortable place during this covid era ...

โ โ โ โ โ Air di dalam bilik keroh dan tekanan air amat perlahan.kena tadah air dulu sblm mandi.shower dan water heater tak berfungsi.tandas awam di lobi pun kurang bersih.diharap pihak pengurusan ambil berat hal ini..yang lainยฒ ok..katil selesa?suasana pun selesa dan nyaman.rasa macam stay kt CH.tempat makan dan layanan terbaik? maaf sbb cuma dpt bg 3 bintang je.
The water in the room is murky and the water pressure is very slow. I had to use a water tank before taking a shower. The shower and water heater did not work. The public toilet in the lobby was not clean. the atmosphere is comfortable and cozy. it feels like a stay at CH. the best place to eat and service? sorry sbb only get 3 stars je.

โ โ โ โ โ Food-wise and room-wise it was ok, but our group was asked to move out from using the conference room on the last 2 days of our event even though we were not told earlier about other people booking the conference room. Management told us it was booked by a government agency, which they did not inform us earlier during our booking. So we were offered another conference room which was further away and not so suitable or convenient for the elderly people in our group as it was an uphill walk several minutes away. Ultimately we found out no one else actually used the initial conference room which we were using earlier, thus just for this reason alone, I felt management was dishonest and will not recommend this place ever again, which is a real pity really.
