Just done my 5000km service here today 17.7.2021. Changed engine oil & gasket. For me, their service was poor. The staffs messed up my car. They turned my air-cond vents upside down. They just thrown my maintenance booklet inside my car. Damn rude.
The job done was quite cincai. Not attentive to customer's request. Have to wait for 2 hours to get the simple maintenance works completed.
Somemore, no drinks, no snacks. Nothing. The coffee machine are all faulty. Did not satisfied with their maintenance service and hospitality service performance.
You should find other Toyota Service Center. Here is sucks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Job quality on cars is ok, but they treat you like garbage. If you book servicing appointments, tell them you will wait for your car, if not in between they'll give your turn to the walk in clients and delay your car further. Instead of 4hrs will become 5-6hrs. All this so that they wont lose the walk in clients. There you were waiting, and the staffers no sense of urgency chatting and laughing like hari raya daily. No integrity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff in the branch did not wear mask properly. When we need to ask further about the car feature, the chinese elderly asked we don’t know about it. It is not recommended to go to the showroom to know more, but you need to prepare first.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Few weeks ago I received a call, offer me for normal service with a very reasonable price. All the the details and procedures are well explained over the phone, and my appointment is made with service centre nearest to my house.
When I arrived at Toyota Segambut, I’m well served. Officer in charged in the service centre attended to me promptly despite they have crowds of customers. They also served breakfast and beverages in the centre, they also have a comforts waiting area for their customers.
My car is well taken care, they also furnished me a car body checkup reports, so I can plan for my future maintenance and services for my car.
I wish they would continue to offer me promotion for the car services, I love to revisit to Toyota Segambut again.
