โ โ โ โ โ Only 2 times i' been to this service center but only this time i received dissatisfaction service. I've met with the service advisor guy who were communicate with customer with very unpleasant way and tone. I don't like about what has happen, he doesn't deserve to be placed in the front liner to face the customer with that kind of attitude, compared to his colleague who attended me after the service, she is more better person than him.

โ โ โ โ โ The service is very good - efficient, done within 1.5 hours. The staff are very very polite and professional. The upstairs sitting area is clean, homely and well maintained.
It was a pleasure having my car serviced by you. Well done and keep it up.

โ โ โ โ โ Dont send your car here. I came for a services, and suddenly say need to change battery . Ok la its been 2 years, so I say ok la. Then he say the battery nearly RM500 and I ask, why so expensive. They said Bezza SE need a special battery.
Since it was really short time, I thought they will charge market price. Maybe a bit expensive , ok la. But guess what? The battery "YUASA M42" battery, as i check the price was around RM300. This place easily add another RM200 . Even the warranty card and resit didnt mention what type. After i force them to put the detail, they just use marker pen to wrote the battery detail " YUASA M42".
You know what? during covid lots of ppl facing challenges, salary deduction and all. Please dont become a leech and sucks your customer blood dry. Wont go service my car here. Ridiculous!!

โ โ โ โ โ Met with Suhadak who was in charge of my car service, very friendly. Asked a lot of questions regarding my car and he was kind enough to explain in detail and also fixed my car noise from the clutch cable. ? the waiting lounge was quite good. And the surau was clean and well maintained.

โ โ โ โ โ Update: Nano mist is not compulsory SOP. Remember to check your service items, you can save a lot by removing non necessary items.
Service was done within 1 hour during RMCO. But being forced to charge extra RM 30 for sanitizing & nano mist. The service guy forgot to update my service booklet, I have to go back to ask him update.

โ โ โ โ โ I called on friday before I come to check for the reversing issue due to accessories. The SA is very kind and open minded to look at this, and he knew what to do to solve it in few mins. It turns out a fuse blown up. While other SC keeps pushing me away to other SC. Iโll stick to this SC from now on due to the responsiveness of the SA. Keep up the good work!
