★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to buy snacks for my cats here. It has a promotonal snack package 8+1 with competitive price. However, it has an outdated member rewarding system, where a member needs to show his/her membership card physically in order to obtain reward points. In the case a member forgets to bring the card, the reward points cannot be given. Usually, in other shops nowadays, one doesn't need to show the card physically; stating the number or even the phone number should be enough. But that is not the case for this shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the worst experience ever. I visited the shop on 24-Mar-21 around 10.40am. The employees was rushing to replenish the stocks, as if they cant do that earlier OR one of them can at least entertain the customer. But the lady in hijab ignored us at the entrance which was closed with a rope. Even gave us RUDE hand gesture to go in. Then, it so happens that the kibbles that we wanted to purchase is on the rack which they are doing their work on. Instead of asking us if we need any help, again, the lady gave us ANOTHER RUDE hand gesture to move!!! Upon payment, we gave her bad :( review at the button. She then literally threw the coins, notes & receipt on the table!!! Which the receipt fell back to the counter. I asked her to pick it up cuz we wanted the receipt, and she ignored us and went away. I even tried going behind the counter to look for it and it was not there!!!
