All in all a practical shop that sells almost all brands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ a good place to find your cats' need. But some of the items are way more expensive than it should be, like bottle for pets, you can get the same item at 2 times lower price at MRDIY. However, this place still be my option to look for the cats' food. All the staffs are friendly and knowledgeable about pets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever ! Called on Saturday/Sunday to reserve 3 bags of cat food which is sold out in most of the outlets. Told them I’ll collect it on Monday. Called them back on Monday to inform I can’t make it for pick up so I’ll just pick it up on Wednesday but there’s no one answered the call. Waited for them to call back and NO ONE DID ! Called the outlet back on Wednesday to inform I’ll be heading over later in the afternoon to collect the reserved cat food and the staff can say “Sorry not under reserve anymore & there’s no stock anywhere else” WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THIS PLC??! Been a loyal customer for YEARS ! And this is what we get in return ! Reserved other items in diff outlets and there’s no problem at all !
