★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My cat is permanently traumatized after being admitted here. I had no choice but to put her there since it was the only 24 hour clinic at that time. I don't know what they did to her but now everytime she goes to the vet she will shiver in fright.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm giving this place 1 start because of how I was greeted at the phone, I was planning to visit the shop today and of course I have to call before I go so I can know about the working hours and appointments, unfortunately I was greeted by the rudes receptionist ever she was like the typical receptionist to would see in movies that hated her job she was so eager to hang up on me ? even though I didn't finish talking...
Seriously if you don't want to work don't work, no one is forcing you just quit your job and keep that bad attitude at home. I guess I'm not visiting this place, the receptionist is the face of the business usually because it is the first contact with the customers if it's horrible then the service will most likely be horrible and after googling it and reading all those negative reviews I confirmed my doubts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my first visit a couple of weeks ago my Shepard/Labrador had a hot spot that had gotten out of control. My dog is not the friendliest and they handled him so well! I loved my visit. The staff is so friendly and nice! I have been to numerous vets in the area that did not know how to handle my dog, but not this one! They made me feel at such ease. The environment is so clean.
