โ โ โ โ โ All the animals are living in small space and leopard gecko is in small space i m very concern about the leopard gecko since i myself own leopard gecko leopard gecko shouldnt have light and live on sand you suggest people to buy sand for leopard gecko that is cruel leopard gecko come from rocky grassland not sand!! Sand can cause impaction and the gecko will die you sell leopard gecko for really high price and not reasonable its just a murphy patternless and you sell that for 280 hey here this market price for murphy patternless is 200 and dont tell people to use sand and get a reptile rack instead of small container and throw the light away they dont need light they will be blind with light next time i come i want to see the leopard gecko with no light and with larger enclouser or container and all the animal should get larger space and dont sell sand no reptile live on sand only some of them did

โ โ โ โ โ Went here yesterday to buy dog toy, but place is really smelly very unlike other pet stores. Especially on the rabbit/rodent part.
Staff is helpful to find frisbee for dog.
But the smell is so bad, so I dont wanna buy at unsanitary place so wont go back.

โ โ โ โ โ The cats kept are not well maintained or even taken care of, one of the cat is having eye infection and its eye is so red that it could barely keep it open. This is really saddening why a big company like this cant even take care of animals??? Also all the cats are just scratching alot, its unusual to see that and knowing about mites and parasites myself this could be one of the reasons.

โ โ โ โ โ So poorly maintained, itโs very sad to see the cats & rabbits there. Staff is not at all helpful and borderline rude, talking amongst each other and always on their phones.
Also quite frustrating to go to a pet store which has supplies for cats, dogs, rabbits, hamsters, birds... but not for fish? Would be great if fish food was provided.

โ โ โ โ โ The cats are really not well maintained and i think they didn't groom them at all. Some spotted with infections in the eye but not getting the treatment, is something distrubed me the most. The smell is strong that you can smell even just passing by the shop. I supposed they dont clean the cages as often as it should be. Other than cats, also spotted a guinea pig without fur. Wasn't sure what happened but i felt pity and heartbreaking after seeing all them not getting the basic care they needed the most. Please just take good care of them.

โ โ โ โ โ The WORST PET SHOP EVER! Very low maintenance, the employees always so free at work , chit-chating or using their phone instead of DOING THEIR JOB!
AS you can see in the pictures , the so called living space for all these cats are small and extremely dirty but they still making a lot of them stay together. Ended up these pity cats have to sleep on their dirty litter box (which is full and nobody cares to clean it up) or on the extremely dirty floor!
I have been to other pet shop or other outlets of PETS WONDERLAND, so far this was the worst experience and I think they are definitely abusing the pets mentally by providing such a worst living condition.
