★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Send my dog for basic grooming because they running some promotion. 2 treatment for like rm40 which was quite cheap compare to others center. Only complaint was that the place not very clean and hairs were flying everywhere in the room. Maybe there alot of customers and lack of manpower to tidy up the place. But one things I quite surprise they didn't even check or answer me was whether my dog was vaccinated or check for any dog ticks. We never used they service before this. Imagine if other dogs that might have ticks and spread to others dogs.. That why they get low star for this lack of scrutiny before accepting new or old customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Supervisor Chinese guy age ard 40 in this store was very dishonest. If you r thinking of purchasing pets here, better do your check on the pets properly. If not you gonna bring back sick pets home after purchasing from here. He knew the dog having skin issue and didn’t even bother to inform buyers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conveniently located in a lot that is just immediate to the ground floor entrance at the New Wing open-air car park area called the One Utama Central Park. It is carefully thought off for the convenience and ease of animal pet lovers. ???????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Medium sized pet store in One Utama mall. They brought out a few puppies to play when I visited, so I added another star to the rating. Oddly enough they sell basketballs here too (no joke)
