★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Has been with Kuan for more than 15 years. Trustworthy groomer service and selling a wide range of pet supplies in a very good price. Love their shop hygiene, always smells good and clean and welcome by their friendly staffs and pretty lady boss. ??? Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very clean pet groomers. They were scrubbing the floor when I dropped my doggies off, so I have great confidence in their cleanliness. The staffs are very sweet and patient when it comes to answering my questions. They seem very gentle with my puppy. Will definitely come back again.
Price is fair: Full grooming cost RM65-85

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My usually difficult dog went for a full groom today and liked the people here immediately. It was our first time to the shop. No barking as I left the shop and I came back and collected a very happy dog. Her grooming was done beautifully as well. Very happy with their service and would definitely come back monthly for my dog's full groom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my first times been here. The ETA is much longer than what the staff told me. The hair cut is totally not satisfying. I expected the face hair cut should be in round shape as what the photo claims but the outcome is flattop hair and the hair is uneven.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pet grooming at reasonable prices. My dog does not fear going back there, unlike the vet where I had to practically dragged him in. This demonstrated my dog is quite happy with the service. I'm quite happy too about the end result of my dog haircut.
A variety of dog toys and food are available on sale too. Parking here is bad, need to double park otherwise no way can you access the shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place to bring our pets. The staffs are so rude do know how they will take care. Thank god I never leave my pet. Juz enquired and had a bad conversation with them. They are not professionals. So dirty minded people there
