★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They can do normal service but not keen to do repair or warranty especially emergency repair work. Normally to set appointment for repair will take days or week just to diagnose. Repair work will take few days to complete. Need to have experience customer service not just an intern or fresh out of school who cannot advise customer on what to do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It takes forever to reply WhatsApp. The service was so-so. And the staff are definitely not friendly. Even after BAASB tookover, the after sales service are still the worst. Prospective buyers, you've been warned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was good and fast. On the negative side, nobody checks the patrons' Sejahtera app for their current status. 2 customers were yakking away on their phones with their masks off and nobody confronted them. The SOP here should be vastly improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I had a Peugeot 308. It was my nearest place to go to. Instead of Jalan 225 area or downtown KL.
Besides that, I noticed the whole process of waiting too long, lack of certain staff to answer certain pressing questions were beginning to kinda annoyed me. Plus all the parts they replaced (even though were genuine from France, so it claims) I was paying a lot.
Never mind that, if it was to my satisfaction I wouldn't mind, sadly, it seems to happened a bit too frequently.
After 2 years, I decided I can't afford to keep the car even I love it. It was costing too much to maintain. I guess it's just my luck.
I've friends who owned other models of Peugeot, don't seems to have as much issues as I did.
But, overall, I will still give Peugeot a 3 out of 5 for trying. Because they did. And - For being there.
