★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having extremely bad service experience with this service centre. The staff are polite, that's where the one star is for. But the workmanship is bad, real bad. Making appointment is a pain, where there is no one picking up the phone. have to constantly call them, and if lucky (maybe 1 out of 20 calls), someone pick it up. They always tell me that car can be ready in one hour, but in reality, minimum 3 hours of waiting time. My car will be out of its 3 years warranty soon, and with that, I will not return to this service centre again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before, this place was purely the service centre then the showroom which was located at the end of the road eventually shifted and agglomerated to this place. It used to be quite easy to send one's car for general servicing or minor check-up but after NAZA made Peugeot cars very popular, it has been difficult to fix a reasonably early appointment. Having said that, customers are really pampered at the here and are free to try whatever food and drinks they have to offer, many times, if necessary. Customers are not allowed to enter the workshop area unless asked to to allow the mechanics to do their work with no annoyance/interruptions which I like that policy. If, I know my servicing will can take some time, I would take the lift and walk over to the adjacent showroom to view the cars there and if it happen to be after 10am I would have a pop over to their Peugeot Boutique. Overall, from my experience, I'd say their work is very professional but nowadays I hardly if ever come here as other unofficial Peugeot workshops of equally experience mechanics sprouted and have the same electronic equipment to diagnose a modern Peugeot car.

I had received excellent customer service upon my arrival I loved it. Solid service. These guys are knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely come back. ♥️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (Do ignore reviews before 2022 as this Center is now under Bermaz Auto Alliance) This center is newly renovated at the time of this review, it has many service bays, staff is polite and friendly. Service appointment can be made effortlessly via Peugeot Customer Portal.
Waiting area is cosy and refreshments are available.
