The parcel was deld the next day when I informed the dely team that I would not be at home on the intended day for dely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a text message yesterday saying will deliver from 9am to 6pm. No parcels came. No phone call also. Waited the whole day. Now at 10:15pm, received another text saying will deliver from 9am to 6pm, presumably tomorrow. Therefore , I have to wait the whole day again. Please buck up. Do you understand what a courier service means?
2nd day: Still no sign of delivery. no calls. Another wasted day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pgeon delivery is prolly the best so far for me. They will often update you when your package will be delivered. The package's condition is also undamaged and secured as how it should be. Once package has arrived, they send an email and message to customer. Highly recommended.
