★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s been 3 times your delivery boy threw in my package, without ringing the door bell or even bother making a phone call.
What if my package is fragile? Is there a refund from you?
I strongly appreciate your workers to at least be professional in your job to give a call to check if it’s the right house before leaving the package.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My parcel has already been at the hub for a week. Already over the time by 2 days. Can't even contact LEX to go and pick it up. Can't even cancel my order. What am i supposed to do? My money is stuck there and my item is not arriving. I understand if lack of staff then let me come and take my parcel because it has been stuck there at hub for a week already. The other day say delivery fail due to natural disaster then no more attempts to deliver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As you can see from bad feedback since years back, i can assure you that situation doesn't improve much (or any). Parcel stuck at there for days, phone call not pick-up or just reject your call. I guess that is consequences of own logistic company that don't care much on customer service. So is up to your choice.
