★ ★ ★ ★ ★ wait for more than hour for road tax, when reach my turn, staff said need wait another 20 minutes because JPJ is slow. After 20 minutes staff told me cannot do because offline. I can't believe this is still happening in year 2020. To: Goverment (JPJ) and pos office, please upgrade the server, you really wasted people time!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Post office here has already started using the Post Malaysia app. Pos laju consignment is ordered through apps. Once at the post office, scan, stick, pay and leave. Makes things much2 easier and faster.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ More counters are coming up and the services is pretty fast. Not many people maybe they are scared, because of the Covid-19 pandemic. Need to wear face mask all the time and wash our hands after touching anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Counter staff is rude. Very reluctant to do their work properly. Things very obvious when compare with queensbay post officr. Can consider close down this branch since the staff is not willing to serve properly and there is another branch nearby.
