bad service can't contact any one email they they call us to show the picture for the item come on you miss my parcel, i even haven't get my parcel yet hot to have the picture of the parcel? you ok tak ? pls give a phone number or someone come out can solve this all !! Super bad lah~

The delivery service is bad, the parcel status always show delivery attempted, miss delivery due to other reason. They didn't call to purchaser at all and mentioned miss delivery. I have sent many email to follow up, and in the end still it is still miss delivery again. They didn't provide any number/live chat to track the status, the only channel is email which is unconvenience to settle the issue. Bad experience with them

Slow and inefficient. Updated for delivery but for 2 days parcel never arrived. Get a time to the hub and they said it's at another drop point. Went to that drop point, no one was there and the parcel can't be received. No customer service line to contact too. Won't use Pgeon again.

Shipping my parcel from Petaling Jaya to Subang Jaya ONLY. Status update "OUT FOR DELIVERY" for 2 times but customer didn't receive any parcels or even calls. Emailed CS but got useless robotic replies. After 10 days I decided to go VISIT PUCHONG HUB to get back my parcel (as the email reply stated that my parcel is stucked at PUCHONG HUB). DRIVE FOR HALF HOUR TO BE THERE, GOT NOTHING. Lastly got my parcel at another courier service store at ARA DAMANSARA after counter provide me another address where my parcel exactly was. (which would be easy IF I CAN CALL & ASK?!) A COURIER SERVICE COMPANY WITHOUT A HOTLINE/ CONTACT NUMBER! Definitely my worse experience for using courier services. I'm not being mean to make bad statements like this. As a small business owner I have been using Pgeon Delivery service for 2 years since 2020. My experience is always good, until we are back in business after the Chinese New Year holiday. ONE TIME BAD EXPERIENCE IS ENOUGH to break your brand trust. Very poor customer services to handle customer issues. Looking forward Pgeon to make an OFFICIAL STATEMENT regarding all these on social media, instead of IGNORING all the COMPLAINTS AND BAD COMMENTS about the recent lost/delayed/no update parcel status!

My parcel stuck in Puchong for a week, I only received after two weeks. It's a birthday present, ended up my friend's birthday already passed. Called the branch several times, no pickup at all. Now I have another parcel stucked with this branch again. ? You all eat & sleep only? Worst courier service ever. Fxck you Pgeon.

Your customer service are THE WORST!!!!! Send parcel on 25/4/22 stuck at hub o 27/4/22.. Then I gave a week for the delay.. then on 9/5/22 I call your cs said to make report and I did. Receive email will make investigation for 3-5 wrkg days, waited then still no updated status. The item is not delay it must be lost but do not let customer updated. Pgeon THE WORST!!!! Why Pgeon?!!!! Are you guys love to delay and be irresponsible towards customer belongings???!!!

Slow service, parcel status is not moving for a days. Besides that, customer service is not helping and reassuring at all. If you already know it’s festive season and most likely there’s high volume of parcels, hire more people or extend the delivery hours la.. ridiculous reason given for delay. Not recommended at all!

The seller update my parcel has been drop off at pgeon on 22/1/2022. I receive a message on 27/1/2022 saying that the package is on the way. I waited the whole day. No parcel and suddenly at 10.30 pm showing fail to deliver. It's 29/1/2022 and no news about my parcel. The parcel only from Puchong deliver to Batu Caves. It's been 7 days, did you use an actual pigeon to deliver? Bad service!
